Orders
Use Orders to view and manage all scheduled fulfillments for the selected date range.
Aggregate views
Section titled “Aggregate views”Use the aggregate toggle to switch between:
By itemBy fulfillment account location
Both views use the same underlying order data.
Main actions
Section titled “Main actions”From Orders, you can:
- Change date range
- Filter by sales channels
- Click Manage orders to edit quantities and prices
- Open More actions -> Export
- Open More actions -> Create packing labels for these orders
Updating orders
Section titled “Updating orders”- Click Manage orders.
- Select a fulfillment account location and item.
- Edit quantities/prices for the active date range.
- Save changes.
Edits update future cascading behavior unless overridden later.
Customer-submitted amendments
Section titled “Customer-submitted amendments”If client order-management access is enabled, client edits appear in Review order amendment requests and do not apply until you approve.
Order blackouts
Section titled “Order blackouts”Order blackouts temporarily silence recurring orders by setting quantities to zero for a date range.
You can set blackouts for:
- A shop location
- A fulfillment account location
Blackouts are reflected in orders, packing labels, and invoices.
