Invoices
Use Invoices to generate invoices from fulfillment data.
Invoice tabs:
Native: create and export Lyravine invoicesQuickBooks: create invoices directly in QuickBooksSquare: create invoices directly in Square
Create invoices
Section titled “Create invoices”Pick a tab first, then create from that tab’s flow.
Create native invoices
Section titled “Create native invoices”From Native, click Create invoice.
Choose:
- Invoice issue date
- Shop location
- Fulfillment period
- Payment term
Interaction with fulfillment conditions
Section titled “Interaction with fulfillment conditions”During invoice creation, a fulfillment account can show:
Zero fulfillmentsAll fulfillments blacked out
These indicate a zero-charge result is possible.
Multi-location grouping rules
Section titled “Multi-location grouping rules”Invoice grouping is configured per fulfillment account.

Effect on generated invoices
Section titled “Effect on generated invoices”Combined across locations
- One invoice for the account
- Line items can include location names
Separate per location
- One invoice per location
- Each invoice includes only that location’s fulfillments
Create invoices in QuickBooks
Section titled “Create invoices in QuickBooks”Before creating:
- QuickBooks integration connected
- Required fulfillment accounts/items exist in QuickBooks
- Shop currency matches QuickBooks home currency
How to create:
- Open
QuickBookstab - Click Create invoice
- Choose period, date, accounts, and QuickBooks terms
- Optionally enable ACH/card
- Click Create invoices
Create invoices in Square
Section titled “Create invoices in Square”Before creating:
- Square integration connected
- Fulfillment accounts linked to Square customer profiles
- At least one payment method enabled
How to create:
- Open
Squaretab - Click Create invoice
- Set delivery method, period, accounts, terms, scheduling, and payment methods
- Click Create Square invoices
Common integration failures

Export invoices
Section titled “Export invoices”Native invoices can be exported as Bill.com-compatible CSV.
Delete invoices
Section titled “Delete invoices”Deleting an invoice is permanent.
Invoice numbers
Section titled “Invoice numbers”Non-provider invoices use a 10-character random alphanumeric ID.
