Integrations
Use Settings -> Integrations to connect or disconnect external systems.
QuickBooks
Section titled “QuickBooks”After connection, you can import QuickBooks items and customers and create invoices in QuickBooks.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”- Click Connect to QuickBooks.
- Complete Intuit authorization.
- Confirm status shows connected.
Disconnect
Section titled “Disconnect”- Click Disconnect in the QuickBooks section.
- Existing imported data in Lyravine is not removed.
Prerequisites for QuickBooks invoicing
Section titled “Prerequisites for QuickBooks invoicing”- Shop currency must match QuickBooks home currency.
- Fulfillment accounts and items must exist in QuickBooks.

Square
Section titled “Square”After connection, you can import Square items and customers and create invoices in Square.

Section titled “Connect”- Click Connect to Square.
- Complete Square authorization.
- Confirm status shows connected.

Section titled “Prerequisites for Square invoicing”- Each fulfillment account must be linked to a Square customer profile.
- Required contact data must exist on linked Square customer profiles for publish mode.
