Integrations

Use Settings -> Integrations to connect or disconnect external systems.

After connection, you can import QuickBooks items and customers and create invoices in QuickBooks.

  • Click Connect to QuickBooks.
  • Complete Intuit authorization.
  • Confirm status shows connected.
  • Click Disconnect in the QuickBooks section.
  • Existing imported data in Lyravine is not removed.
  • Shop currency must match QuickBooks home currency.
  • Fulfillment accounts and items must exist in QuickBooks.

After connection, you can import Square items and customers and create invoices in Square.

  • Click Connect to Square.
  • Complete Square authorization.
  • Confirm status shows connected.
  • Click Disconnect in the Square section.
  • Existing imported data in Lyravine is not removed.
  • Each fulfillment account must be linked to a Square customer profile.
  • Required contact data must exist on linked Square customer profiles for publish mode.

  • Currency mismatch: Lyravine shop currency and QuickBooks home currency differ.
  • A customer or item is missing: the matching fulfillment account or item does not exist in QuickBooks.
  • Payer email required or Payer email or phone required: linked Square customer profile is missing required contact fields.
  • Scheduled date is in the past: chosen scheduled date is already past.
  • Invoice total unacceptable: invoice total is outside Square limits.
